Webemerg, Inc. (“Webemerg”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides fully managed website services, including design, development, hosting, maintenance, Client Studio access, standard site features, and optional add-ons according to your core subscription and any selected add-ons. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website, Client Studio, subscription services, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Who We Are

Webemerg is a website design and development provider offering fully managed websites for U.S.-based businesses. We are not a full-service marketing agency. Our Services include managed site creation and upkeep, site-integrated forms and CRM features where applicable, on-page SEO best practices, core subscription features, and optional add-ons. Payments are processed via Stripe only.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account & Contact Data: name, business name, email, phone, and billing address.
  • Project Content: text, images, videos, logos, brand assets, product or service information, and other materials you supply for your website.
  • Forms, CRM & Email Data: audience lists you import or collect through your site, tags or segments, form submissions, campaign metadata, and message content used through included or selected features.
  • Support & Communications: messages, requests, approvals, and form submissions within Client Studio, email, or other approved support channels.
  • Payment: payment method and transaction information handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and time on site.
  • Cookies & Similar Tech: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.
  • Website Performance: uptime, error logs, and security events relevant to hosting and supporting your site.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide & Manage the Services: create and maintain your website, host content, implement features included in your core subscription and any selected add-ons, and support your account.
  • Site, Form & CRM Operations: process form submissions, manage audience data you collect, send emails you initiate through supported tools, and provide included CRM, form, and automation features where applicable.
  • On-Page SEO & Improvements: implement on-page SEO best practices and enhance site performance.
  • Security & Integrity: monitor for abuse, prevent fraud, and protect accounts and infrastructure.
  • Billing & Administration: process payments with Stripe, send receipts, and manage subscriptions.
  • Service Communications: send important notices about your project, account, billing, subscription, Client Studio, or changes to the Services.
  • Analytics: evaluate and improve our Services, website performance, and user experience.

4. CRM, Forms & Automation Features

Webemerg may include standard lead capture, contact forms, and basic CRM setup as part of the core managed website subscription. More advanced follow-up systems, segmentation, behavior-based workflows, SMS automation, or expanded email automation may require CRM & Automation Pro or a custom scope review.

These features are intended to support site-related communication and lead handling. They are not full-service, agency-operated marketing programs unless separately agreed in writing.

Your Responsibilities: You control the content you send, the lists you import or collect, and the timing of any campaigns or follow-up messages. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent, honoring unsubscribe requests, maintaining accurate contact data, and complying with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state privacy laws.

Webemerg provides configuration and technical support for included or selected features within your subscription scope. We do not operate, manage, write, or schedule campaigns as an agency service unless separately agreed in writing.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyze performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

6. How We Share Information

  • Service Providers: hosting, domain registrars, CDN, email or CRM infrastructure, analytics, Client Studio, and support tools used to operate and support the Services.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe processes payments and stores necessary billing details. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Legal & Safety: information may be shared when necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Webemerg, our clients, and users.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, project, and operational records for as long as you maintain an active subscription and as needed to provide the Services. If your subscription ends or is canceled, we retain your website’s data for up to 30 days for potential reactivation. After that, it may be permanently deleted from our systems, including applicable backups. Certain billing, legal, or operational records may be retained as required by law or legitimate business needs.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including SSL, access controls, and server-level protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or Client Studio.

9. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access & Update: update account and project details through Client Studio or by contacting support.
  • Email Preferences: unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the message. Service-critical messages may still be sent while you are a subscriber.
  • Data Requests: request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us to request deletion.

11. International Visitors

Webemerg serves U.S.-based businesses. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. “Do Not Track” & State Privacy Notices

Our Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. If you are a resident of a state with privacy laws granting access, deletion, or opt-out rights, you may exercise those by contacting us. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for active clients, communicated through Client Studio or email. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
